Chad James is an up and coming Christian Worship artist who has been reaching thousands with his powerful testimony.

His heart-felt desire is to spread his message to as many as the Lord will allow. He has been blessed with opportunites to open for such artists as Jeremy Camp, Bebo Norman, Matthew West, and soon, The David Crowder Band.

Now, Chad is making himself availble to our Catalyst churches to assist them in their missions! Whether it be outreach events, retreats, or festivals, Chad would love to come alongside and engage your church in a sweet time of worship and fellowship. Here's what Village Church of Gurnee has to say about Chad James:

"On April 4th, 2008 Chad James and his band blessed the congregation and the surrounding community of Village Church of Gurnee with a spectacular time of performance and praise. Village has had many musicians and worship leaders visit over the years and we must confess that Chad has been one of the most genuine and easy-going artists we’ve ever worked with. As a worship pastor himself Chad understands the challenges and limitations of churches with respect to holding full-production concerts. But he also successfully walks the fine line between performing and leading people into a worship experience that both glorifies God and edifies the Body of Christ. We were also impressed with Chad’s ability to create an atmosphere where our non-Christian friends and neighbors could feel both comfortable and challenged. We highly recommend Chad James and band for any number of settings – worship, concerts, retreats, conferences – you name it. We are very excited to welcome Chad back to Village on November 12th for another great evening."

SAUL A.D. was formed as a band in 2008 when lead singer Saúl Echevarria, guitarist Alberto Ramirez, and drummer Ryan Leyton teamed up to record their first EP at Coda Record House in Lincoln, Nebraska. The EP was produced by Case Maranville, the bass guitarist from the nationally known Christian band VOTA. SAUL A.D. will be back in the studio in the early summer of 2009 completing their full length self titled album. Although the style of music and lyrical composition do not aim to deliberately mirror the genre of “praise & worship”, the songs of SAUL A.D. definitely inspire believers to worship, and non-believers to look to Jesus.

This project had been brewing in lead singer Saúl’s spirit for the better part of a decade while having been dedicated to composing songs, leading a music ministry, and serving as youth pastor at his local church in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Saúl and Alberto had been playing together for most of that time. Ryan joined the trio at its conception in 2008. SAUL A.D. aims to give glory to The Creator by making Him and His wonders known through music and song. Check out their MySpace page at www.myspace.com/saulad!!
