Westlake Christian Academy, centrally located in Grayslake, offers preschool – 12th grade with a mission to disciple students as followers of Jesus Christ. Christian Heritage Academy is a non-denominational, Christ-centered school of 400 students in preschool through eighth grade, serving more than 30 communities throughout Chicago and northern suburbs. Students are equipped to be “…lifetime followers of Jesus Christ” through an academically rigorous curriculum integrating faith with learning. Founded in 1984, the Academy provides opportunities for servant-leadership and extra-curricular enrichments in the arts and interscholastic sports. Christian Heritage is located on 15 acres in Northfield, Illinois, and offers small class sizes with full-day kindergarten and after-school care. The Academy will launch a 9-12th grade Upper School in Fall 2009, beginning with a ninth grade academy, and satellite preschools in Arlington Heights (Fall 2008), Chicago (Fall 2009) and Libertyville (Fall 2010). Founded on a 25-year legacy of PreK-8th grade Christian education, Christian Heritage Academy is pleased to announce the opening of CHA’s Upper School, a college-prep Christian high school in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Launching this fall, the high school will unite rigorous academics with biblical integration, all taught by “Living Curriculum Teachers”, while providing vibrant fine arts, competitive athletics, inspiring activities, and unique opportunities such as Winterim (a multi-week intensive course between semesters for enrichment) and local and international missions trips.
